PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE 2025 Welcome to the Vermilion Agricultural Society Fair! As we embark on the 119th annual Vermilion Fair, we are thrilled to celebrate this year’s theme “ Barnyard Mardi Gras.” This lively and colourful theme captures the spirit of rural life combined with our fair's joy, energy, and festivity. For over a century, the Vermilion Fair has stood as a cornerstone of our community, showcasing the very best in agriculture, livestock, trade, and creativity. From the impressive displays in our bench show to the dedication of our sheep, horse, and beef exhibitors and the diverse offerings of the trade show, there is something here for everyone to enjoy. This fair is a testament to the passion and dedication of so many. Our volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees each play a vital role in creating this incredible event. Your contributions bring life to our vision, and your participation is what makes the Vermilion Fair tradition we can all take pride in. As you explore the fairgrounds, take a moment to appreciate the hard work and collaboration that bring this community event to life. Whether you’re here to compete, connect, or simply enjoy the festivities, we are grateful for your presence and support. Thank you for joining us in celebrating the 119th year of the Vermilion Fair. Let’s make this year’s “ Barnyard Mardi Gras” an unforgettable experience filled with laughter, achievement, and memories to cherish. Enjoy the fair!

is made possible through the efforts of many dedicated volunteers
The Vermilion Agricultural Society is a 'not for profit' organization run by volunteers. Endless hours of work and organization by the volunteers that comprise the society membership, the committee members, the exhibitors and the many additional volunteers who step up at fair time and of course the long hours of hard work by our office staff; bring this event to fruition. Without the support and hard work of this group of people, such a feat would not be possible. The Society continues to work hard to make changes to our Fair in order to make it informative, educational and of course fun for families and all who attend.
