The grounds and facilities of the Vermilion Agricultural Society are available for booking year round by the general public.  Please use the Fairgrounds Facility Booking Form listed below to apply.

The grounds and facilities of the Vermilion Agricultural Society are used not only for major events such as our annual fair but also throughout the year for a wide variety of events as witnessed by our Events Calendar.  Light and heavy horse events, cattle and sheep shows and sales along with building rentals for various meetings and community events mean that our facilities are rarely idle. 

All this use means that we must have in place an easy way to book the facilities along with having various waivers in place to protect us from accidents or misuse of the facilities. We at least partially address this with the online forms listed below.
