Do you require camping space? *

Concession camping space is available across from the grounds in the college field campground. There is no power or water hookups available. Space must be reserved to receive a space in the concessions camping row.

Important Note

Please note that this application does not mean you have been accepted to this event. ALL food concessions are admitted based on a committee review of all food concession applications. The committee reserves the right to decide which applications are accepted.

Part A: Food Provider in a building on Vermilion Agricultural Society Grounds

Dining Hall - Includes GST - $1,600.00

Coolers and Freezers

Please indicate the number of Coolers that you would need in your booth. This does not mean that this number will definitely be provided, it identifies the amount that you would like to have. The Vermilion Agricultural Society will work to accommodate to best of their ability.

Part B: Food Provider in a Food Truck or Trailer

Foot print size of concession. (Fees for food truck or trailer is $650.00 including GST)

* must include all outside requirements such as freezers or barbeques. Please indicate units of measurement used

Water Requirements. (Please check all of the following which apply)

Will require grey water pick up. (Cost will be incurred by the Food Provider. Contact info will be given when you arrive at the venue)

Not all areas of our grounds have water hook ups, please be ready to have water available if it is needed. The Vermilion Ag Society will do its best to accomodate but cannot guarantee a water hook up.

Coolers and Freezers

Power Requirements.

Please know that our power supply is likely to have brown out occurrences and breakers will flip depending on the usage. While the Vermillion Agricultural Society will work to supply power needs, please know that not everything can be provided. It is important that generators be brought by the vendor to ensure power needs will be fulfilled. Our grounds do not have an unlimited supply of power or power plug ins. We have various plugins with a variety of Amps. PLEASE HAVE THE ABILITY TO PLUG IN WITH WHICH EVER PLUG WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE TO YOU.

Rules for Food Vendors

Must arrive and set up between 12pm (noon) and 7:00pm on Wednesday July 23, 2025.
Must open by 11:00am on each day of the fair.
Must stay open until at least 10:00pm if an inside vendor, or 11:00pm if an outside vendor.
Must prominently display prices of all products.
Must use pumps or squeeze bottles for all condiments. No individual packages to be given out.
All stocking of your area must be done by 9;00 am each day of the fair. No vehicles will be allowed in during the running of the fair.
Must move out Sunday July27, 2025. Location must be left as they were provided. Vendors leaving food or supplies will be subject to a fee.

Once decisions have been made by the committee, a contract will be sent to successful applicants to be completed and returned to Vermilion Agricultural Society.
