Annual General Meeting - ​THURSDAY, January 23th at 7:00 p.m. at the Ag Society Board Room Dear Agricultural Society Member:The Annual General Meeting for the Vermilion Agricultural Society will be held on THURSDAY, January 23th at 7:00 p.m. at the Ag Society Board Room. The 2024 financial Statements will be reviewed. We will conduct the election of officers and directors for 2025. I will also be taking your membership fees for the 2025 year. The office hours for the winter will remain Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9:00 - 3:00. If you have anything you would like on the agenda, please contact the office or anyexecutive member. Committee persons who are giving a report, please have a copy of your reportsubmitted to the office by noon of the meeting day.
